All products are ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Made to order products and custom orders take 7-14 business days to complete after payment is received. Items will ship within 2-3 business days after purchase or completion of a custom piece. We will only ship when full payment has been received. 

We offer shipping to the USA and Internationally: Free shipping via USPS for USA only. International orders are a flat rate of $30. Overnight shipping is available at a flat rate of $40 through USPS for USA orders only. Choose “Overnight Shipping-USA Only” at checkout.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via the email provided during checkout with an approximate delivery date. 

All orders over $100 have insurance included with shipping should a package become lost or stolen. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us so we can put in a claim to USPS to locate the package. If the package cannot be located after 30 days, we will refund the entire amount of your order. In the event you would still like the product: For Ready-To-Ship items we will remake the item at no extra charge, for Custom Orders customer pays 20% of the custom total to cover material costs (stones, metal, etc). 

Refunds are accepted 30days after the date of purchase and shows no sign of wear. Customer pays return shipping.
