All products are ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Made to order products and custom orders take 7-14 business days to complete after payment is received. Items will ship within 2-3 business days. We will only ship when full payment has been received. 

Free shipping is offered for flat rate shipping through USPS only. Overnight shipping is available upon request at checkout at a flat charge of $20 through USPS.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via the email provided during checkout with an approximate delivery date.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us so we can put in a claim to USPS to locate the package. If the package cannot be located after 30 days, we will refund the entire amount of your order. If you would like us to remake the item, the customer pays 50% of the product price to cover materials. 

Refunds are not accepted, all sales are final.
